World Health Day 2018 (Health For All)



Staying Fit n Healthy plays an Important role in our Life. If u are Healthy, then Life is a Beautiful Gift. But In today's Busy n Stressful Life, Humans are Unable to Pay full Attention to their Health. Due to Work, Engagement n Stress, there is Adverse effect on Human Health.



Today is World Health Day. World Health Day is Celebrating every Year on 7th of April since 1950 to rise Awareness on Different Health Issues under the Sponsorship of the World Health Organization (WHO). Each year, World Health Day is Given a Different theme that is of Importance to Public Health. This year's Theme (topic) is Universal Health Coverage: Everyone, Everywhere. The Slogan is “Health For All”. This Creates a Sense that Health is Something that Everyone should Have access to n WHO Challenges the Government to Commit to Concrete steps to advance the Health of all People. This means Ensuring that Everyone Everywhere can access essential Quality Health Services without facing Financial Hardship. According to the "WHO" Statistics (Reports) More than Half of the World’s (50%) Population Still do not Have Full Coverage of Essential Health Services, 12% of the World’s Population living in Poverty need to Pay for their Own Healthcare, 100 Million People are Living on less than U$D 1.90 ( ₹123.47  Indian Rupees) per Day.


Last Year (2017) World Health Day theme was Depression "Let's Talk"
Depression affects People of all Ages, from all Walks of Life, In all Countries. According to the "WHO" Statistics, More than 300 Million People Worldwide are Victims of Depression. During the last Decade the Rate of Depression has Increased by 18%. It is Extremely Important for a Healthy Life to Be Physically n also Mentally Healthy.


Just think for a Moment. What would Become of us Without our Health ? How far Would we Go ? n it is that Covers so many Aspects of our Life that It would Be Unthinkable to Live without it. Our Mental, Physical, Spiritual Health is all Condensed into a Harmony that We must Care to live more in this Race called Life. Although the Disease can Happen to Anyone at Any time, But make every Effort to Avoid them. By Adopting some Habits U can Stay Lifelong n Fit. Here are Some things Which u Can do to Stay Healthy:

Do Yoga Exercise Daily : Yoga n Exercise Keeps our Muscles Healthy n also Improves the Flow of Blood in the Body, Which Keeps u Healthy.

Eat a Healthy Balanced Diet : Follow the Healthy n Balanced Diet, B'coz ur Diet Creates ur Health. Provide all Important n Essential Nutrients for the Balanced Diet to the Functions of the Body.

Get Enough Sleep : Lack of Good n Adequate Sleep has a Bad effect on Health. Sufficient Sleep is Extremely Important to stay  Healthy. So Make a Habit of Waking up on time and Sleeping on time.

Drink Plenty of Water : It Helps in Keeping our Bodies Hydrated n Is Necessary to Maintain a Healthy Body. It is the Natural Cleanser for our Organs n Digestive System.

Regular Check Ups : If u Want to Avoid Diseases then Do not Delay Getting the Doctor in any Illness. It is Necessary to Check it from Time to Time, So that Before Proper Diagnosis of any type of Disease in the Body, Proper Steps should Be taken.

Take time out to relax : Mental Exhaustion can Cause Stress, Depression n Anxiety Disorders. So Don't take any Stress, You can Do all ur Work Easily n in a Short time by Getting Relaxed, So try to be Relaxed.
